How you consent to text messages
When you call CoastalCallback at (910) 631-5329 and we don't answer, you may receive SMS text messages from CoastalCallback at that number to help with your inquiry and schedule service. Your phone call is your consentto be texted back about that inquiry. There is no text-in keyword to join, and this automated text-back never messages a number that has not first called the business. If you instead leave your number in a form on this website, you're simply asking Jack to follow up with you personally about your request — a one-to-one reply, not enrollment in the automated text-back service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Program name & description
CoastalCallbackis a missed-call text-back service operated for local home-service businesses (such as HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, and similar trades) in eastern North Carolina. When you place a call to a participating business and the call goes unanswered, the program sends you a text message on that business's behalf to assist with your inquiry and help schedule a service visit. All conversations are initiated by your own call to the business — the program does not send unsolicited or marketing messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation — typically a handful of messages per service request, only in response to your call or your replies.
Fees
The program is free to end users. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out & help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from the program. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at jack@coastalcallback.com.
